Egg Layer Casserole
Ingredients
Instructions
- Place 6 pieces of buttered bread on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 sausage and then cover with 1/2 of cheese. Repeat layer one.
- Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Pour over layers and cover.
- Set in refrigerator for at least 3 hours, but best to set overnight.
- Bake at 350° until browned.
