Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange rind
  • 3/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Instructions
