Instructions
- Fill 6-quart kettle almost full with potatoes and onions (sliced).
- Cook until done, then pour off water.
- Heat milk and butter; thicken with flour and add lots of cheese.
- Pour over potatoes and stir.
- Sprinkle with parsley flakes and brown in oven at 350° to 400°.
