Ingredients

  • 12 corn or flour tortillas
  • 4 c. mild Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. green onions, chopped
  • oil (for frying)
  • red chile sauce or mild salsa
  • sour cream (for garnish)
  • onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine 2 cups Cheddar cheese, 2 cups sour cream, 1 cup chopped onion and cumin.
  2. Heat oil.
  3. Dip each tortilla in the oil and dip into the heated salsa.
