- Mix cooking oil, chicken broth and flour.
- Brown on top of stove; set aside.
- Cook onion and garlic; add to flour mix.
- Cut cooked chicken in blocks; add to mixture.
- (Optional: Add cooked okra.)
- Serve on top of cooked rice.
- Serves 4 to 6 people.
