Ingredients

  • brown gravy
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 3 or 4 buds chopped garlic
  • boiled chicken
  • chicken broth
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. white rice, cooked

Instructions

  1. Mix cooking oil, chicken broth and flour.
  2. Brown on top of stove; set aside.
  3. Cook onion and garlic; add to flour mix.
  4. Cut cooked chicken in blocks; add to mixture.
  5. (Optional: Add cooked okra.)
  6. Serve on top of cooked rice.
  7. Serves 4 to 6 people.
