Ingredients

  • 1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 beaten egg
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 2/3 cup cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream-style corn, beaten egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the cracker crumbs to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Layer half of the broccoli in a baking dish, then top with half of the corn mixture.
  4. Place a layer of sliced American cheese over the corn mixture.
  5. Repeat with the remaining broccoli and corn mixture.
  6. Dot butter on top of the final layer.
  7. Cover the casserole and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 45 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
