Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) can carrots, drained
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans green beans, drained
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans corn, drained
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans navy beans, drained
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. cook the pink out of the ground meat,crumbling it with a fork as it cooks.
  2. put it into a 4 qt pot.
  3. add everything else and simmer on low,overnight.
  4. cool and portion and freeze.
