Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (16 oz) OSCAR MAYER Jumbo Beef Franks or Wieners
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 EACH: red, yellow and green pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 small white onion, sliced into rings
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 8 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed

Instructions

  1. Heat franks as directed on package or grill until thoroughly heated.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add peppers, onion, chili powder and cumin; cook and stir 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Serve franks on tortillas with pepper mixture; roll-up.
