A rich, creamy bread pudding featuring sweet Hawaiian bread, cinnamon, and raisins, perfect for comforting desserts or brunch gatherings with warm flavors and luscious textures.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Half and Half
  • 8 oz. whipping cream
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 1/2 slices Kings Hawaiian Sweet Bread
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix Half and Half, whipping cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla together in a bowl.
  2. Arrange slices of Kings Hawaiian Sweet Bread on the bottom of a 10 x 12 inch pan.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the bread in the pan.
  4. Mix cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over the top of the bread and mixture.
  5. Spread raisins evenly on top.
  6. Cover the pan with foil.
  7. Bake in a water bath at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 75 to 90 minutes until set and golden.
