Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 (7-inch) zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • sprinkle of salt
  • sprinkle of pepper

Instructions

  1. Place aluminum foil on the grill and turn edges up to catch sauce.
  2. Light the grill and run it on low heat.
  3. Put 1 tablespoon of butter on the foil at each zucchini placement spot.
  4. Add about 1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic to each spot.
  5. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, salt, and pepper onto each spot.
