- Rinse kalamata olives well and drain; check for and remove any remaining pits.
- Combine olives, pepper, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic and basil leaves in a food processor.
- Process until well blended.
- Add mayonnaise; pulse just until combined.
- Serve with toasted baguette slices.
