Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kalamata Olives (pitted)
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Peeled
  • 6 leaves Fresh Basil
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 loaf Baguette, Sliced And Toasted

Instructions

  1. Rinse kalamata olives well and drain; check for and remove any remaining pits.
  2. Combine olives, pepper, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic and basil leaves in a food processor.
  3. Process until well blended.
  4. Add mayonnaise; pulse just until combined.
  5. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
