Ingredients

  • 1 pound of lean ground beef
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix ground beef with onion soup mix and form into 16 one-inch meatballs.
  3. Open the refrigerated crescent rolls on a cutting board.
  4. Cut each roll down the middle to make 16 pieces.
  5. Press each piece with the palm of your hand to flatten.
  6. Place a meatball on the wide side of each flattened roll piece and roll up, bringing the sides together to seal.
  7. Place the wrapped meatballs on a cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
