Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean stew meat
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 2 cans small mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 c. white wine

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the dry onion soup mix in a baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix on top of the mixture.
  3. Place the dish in a preheated oven and bake, stirring occasionally, at 300°F for 3 hours or at 350°F for 2 hours.
  4. Serve the stew hot over noodles.
