Fancy Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold cooked rice
  • 14 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 -12 maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Combine rice, pineapple and sugar. Stir.
  2. Whip cream until stiff. Beat in mayonnaise. Fold into rice mix.
  3. Arrange salad on lettuce. Top with cherry.
