Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 package chopped dates
  • 1 bottle lime juice

Instructions

  2. Add chopped dates; cook to soft ball stage.
  3. Turn candy onto a cold damp towel; roll towel around candy and refrigerate for several hours.
  4. Shape the candy into balls.
  5. Dip the balls into lime juice and roll in sugar.
