Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 egg

Instructions
