Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 oz. Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Fry the hamburger and chopped onion until cooked through.
  2. Cook, peel, and shred the potatoes.
  3. Layer the cooked hamburger mixture, shredded potatoes, and cream of chicken and celery soups in a baking dish.
  4. Bake the layered mixture at 350°F for 1 hour.
