Ingredients

  • 2 qt. milk
  • 1 c. rice
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Put rice, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl and stir thoroughly.
  2. Add half of the milk and mix well.
  3. Add vanilla and the remaining milk, then stir thoroughly.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
  5. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
