Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. thinly sliced meat
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. hickory smoke salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat and marinate for 6 hours or more.
  2. Dry on racks in dehydrator or oven at 130°F for about 5 hours.
  3. Check after 2 hours and adjust as needed.
  4. Store in a sealed container.
