Favorite Pumpkin Squares
Ingredients
Instructions
- Combine
- pumpkin,
- sugar and spices.
- Add pecans.
- In a chilled
- bowl,
- fold
- pumpkin
- mixture
- into
- ice cream.
- Line bottom of 13
- x 9 x 2-inch pan with half the gingersnaps.
- Top with half
- the ice cream mixture.
- Repeat. Freeze until firm, about 5 hours.
- Cut in squares, garnish with whipped cream and pecan halves, if desired.
- Makes 18 servings.
