Ingredients

  • 2 slices rye bread
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 2 oz. lean turkey pastrami
  • 1/4 c. sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing

Instructions

  1. Top 1 bread slice with cheese, turkey pastrami, sauerkraut, dressing and second bread slice.
  2. Spread sandwich with margarine. Cook in skillet on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
  3. Makes 1 sandwich.
