A warm, spiced cranberry tea blending tart berries with cinnamon, cloves, and citrus juices, perfect for festive gatherings or cozy winter evenings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. cranberries
  • 4 qt. water
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 15 cinnamon candies
  • 16 whole cloves or 1 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Boil cranberries with 1 quart of water until the berries pop. Strain to extract the juice.
  2. Combine the cranberry juice with 3 quarts of water, sugar, cinnamon candies, and cloves. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add orange juice, pineapple juice, and lemon juice to the mixture.
  4. Serve hot in mugs, garnished with additional cinnamon or citrus slices if desired.
