Fettucine With Ham
Ingredients
Instructions
- In saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter.
- Saute garlic briefly. Add green onions and mushrooms and continue to saute.
- Add ham and cook briefly.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Over low heat, melt remaining butter, don't brown.
- Add noodles and toss. Sprinkle with cheeses.
- Toss until melted.
- Add half and half. Heat over medium heat just until hot.
- Sprinkle with ground pepper.
- Add ham mixture.
- Toss and serve immediately.
