Filled Pears

Ingredients

  • 6 large fresh pears
  • 1/4 c. dried apricots
  • 1/4 c. dates
  • 1/4 c. raisins

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut pears into halves.
  2. Steam until tender in a small amount of water.
  3. Cool.
  4. Chop dried fruits.
  5. Spoon into pears.
  6. May be served with tablespoon of sour cream sweetened with artificial sweetener.
