Ingredients

  • 4 flounder fillets
  • 1 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Place each fillet on aluminum foil. Sprinkle each fillet with equal amount of rest of the ingredients. Top each fillet with 1 teaspoon margarine.
  3. Wrap and seal all edges.
  4. Place in baking pan and bake 20 minutes.
  5. Makes 4 servings with 225 calories and 5 grams fat.
