Filling Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 brownie mix of your choice
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cream together the butter and cream cheese.
  2. Add the sugar to this mixture; beat until fluffy.
  3. Combine the eggs, flour and vanilla; blend into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread 1/2 brownie mixture in pan.
  5. Top with cheese mixture, then rest of brownie mixture.
  6. Swirl just a little.
  7. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
