Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. real butter
  • 2 lemons, juice and rind
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 335°. Sift together flour, salt and powdered sugar. Cut in real butter like pie crust. Pour into greased and floured pan, 9 x 16-inch or 2 (8 x 8-inch). Pat down lightly; watch corners. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. The sides will be golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes.
