Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Cajun King etouffee seasoning mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 lb. crabmeat
  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. Rehydrate the etouffee seasoning mix in 1 cup of water.
  2. Slowly add the rehydrated mixture to 1/2 cup of melted butter, stirring until well blended.
  3. Add the crabmeat to the mixture and simmer for 10 minutes.
