Ingredients

  • 3 lb. fish, cooked and deboned
  • 6 slices bacon, diced
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 2 large (No. 303) cans tomatoes
  • 3 large potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 bottle catsup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. sherry wine
  • Tabasco (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook diced bacon and diced onions until sautéed.
  2. Add canned tomatoes and diced potatoes; cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked, deboned fish, catsup, salt, pepper, sherry wine, and optional Tabasco; simmer until flavors meld and ingredients are tender.
  4. Serve hot.
