Ingredients

  • 10 oz. pkg. mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 9 oz. pkg. frozen fish sticks
  • 15 oz. can New England style clam chowder

Instructions

  1. Prepare mixed vegetables according to package instructions; drain.
  2. Add the clam chowder and milk to the vegetables and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow casserole dish. Cover and bake in a 425°F oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Uncover the casserole and place fish sticks on top of the mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 12 minutes, or until the fish sticks are brown and crisp.
