Ingredients

  • 500 g cod (boneless and skinless)
  • 2 tablespoons red chilies (crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seed (roasted and powdered)
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 4 lemons
  • salt

Instructions

  1. mix all ingredient and marinate fish for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. thread on skewers and cook in hot pan.squeeze lemon juice on fish.serve it hot.
