Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can clear broth
  • 8 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Combine the creamed corn, clear broth, and cream of mushroom soup (if using) in a saucepan.
  2. Heat until boiling, then reduce heat to simmer.
  3. Optionally, thicken with cornstarch if desired.
  4. Slowly pour the beaten egg into the bubbly soup, stirring continuously.
