Ingredients

  • 1 cup white wine or sweet cooking rice wine
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp garlic flavored wok oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine white wine or sweet cooking rice wine, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic flavored wok oil.
  2. If using white wine, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of brown sugar to balance the flavors.
  3. Cut flank steak into cubes and marinate in the prepared mixture for at least 1 hour.
  4. Thread the marinated steak onto skewers.
  5. Grill or broil the kabobs until the meat is cooked to your desired doneness, about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
