  • Bearnaise sauce

Instructions

  1. Lay the flank steak flat on a cutting board.
  2. Spread your favorite marinade mix evenly over the steak.
  3. Lay the bacon pieces over the marinated steak.
  4. Roll up the steak tightly, securing with toothpicks as needed.
  5. Cook the rolled steak in a skillet or oven until cooked through (approximately 20 minutes).
