Ingredients

  • 1 pkg dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
  4. Mix the dough again.
  5. Spoon into greased muffin tins and let rise for another 30 minutes.
