  1. Bake potatoes in a 12-inch Dutch oven for 1 hour with 12 coals on top and 10 coals on bottom.
  2. Cut baked potatoes in half lengthwise.
  3. Scoop out the potato and mash with milk, sour cream, margarine, chives, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mound the mashed potato mixture back into the potato shells.
  5. Add grated cheese on top of each stuffed potato.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Place in the Dutch oven and bake for 25 minutes with 14 coals on top and 12 coals on bottom.
