Instructions
- In food processor, combine flour, butter, pecans, 1/2 cup sugar, salt, vanilla and almond.
- Process well.
- Refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Shape dough into balls, using 1 tablespoon each.
- Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until set but not brown. Let stand 1 minute.
- Place hot cookies in the 2 cups sugar; roll to coat each cookie.
- Cool completely; roll again.
- Keep in airtight container.
