Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup regular rice
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Mix cream of celery soup, rice, and milk in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. Lightly salt and pepper the chicken pieces.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken on top of the rice mixture.
  4. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over all ingredients.
  5. Cover the dish and bake at 325°F for 2 hours or until chicken and rice are thoroughly cooked.
