Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until foamy.
  2. Gradually add sugar and a pinch of salt, and beat until stiff peaks form.
  3. Stir in pecans, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto foil-covered cookie sheet.
  6. Put in the oven and turn off the oven.
  7. Leave cookies in the closed oven overnight. Do not peek!
