- Combine the reserved juices from pineapple and oranges and measure 3/4 cup.
- Set aside the measured juice mixture.
- Mix cornstarch, sugar, and orange juice in a pan.
- Add the reserved fruit juices to the pan.
- Cook on the stove until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Allow the mixture to cool.
- Add chopped apples, sliced bananas, and pineapple chunks to the cooled glaze.
- Mix well to combine.
- Pour the fruit mixture into a covered dish and refrigerate for several hours, preferably overnight.
