Ingredients

  • 5 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup tomato or vegetable juice
  • 1 cup peeled chopped tomato
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup green or yellow wax beans
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup chopped leek
  • 2 cups diced unpeeled red potatoes
  • 1 cheesecloth bag fresh herbs
