Fractured Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 2 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1 c. tomatoes, chopped
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger and onion; drain.
  2. Add taco seasoning mix as directed.
  3. In large casserole dish, crush chips to fit in bottom of dish.
  4. Layer meat mixture, beans, sour cream, lettuce, cheese and tomatoes.
  5. Serve.
  6. This can be made ahead by cooking meat ahead and putting together just before serving.
