- Sift together above 5 ingredients in the pan you are baking in.
- Use 8 x 8-inch size.
- Make three wells in the mixture.
- In one part, put 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- In 2nd well, put 1 teaspoon vinegar and in the 3rd, put 1/4 pound of melted oleo.
- On top of all this, pour 1 cup cold water.
- Stir until well blended and smooth.
- Bake in 350° oven 25 to 30 minutes.
- When cool, ice with favorite icing.
