Ingredients

  • 4 cups crushed strawberries or raspberries
  • 1 package Sure-Jel
  • 1 cup white Karo syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed berries, Sure-Jel, and Karo syrup in a bowl.
  2. Let the mixture stand for 1 hour to thicken.
  3. Pour the jam into sterilized jars.
  4. Seal the jars and freeze.
