Ingredients

  • evaporated skim milk
  • cottage cheese
  • imitation chocolate flavoring
  • vanilla
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Put evaporated skim milk and cottage cheese in blender container.
  2. Process at high speed until mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour into a small bowl and add imitation chocolate flavoring, vanilla, and chopped chocolate.
  4. Using an electric mixer, beat until thick and creamy.
  5. Pour into a shallow nonstick 8-inch square pan.
  6. Freeze until hard.
  7. Cut into 24 squares.
  8. Remove to an airtight container and store in freezer.
  9. Do not thaw before eating.
