Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cups crushed pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 large box strawberry jello

Instructions

  1. Boil tomatoes, pineapple, lemon juice, and sugar together for 20 minutes.
  2. Pour the mixture into jars.
  3. Leave the jars on the counter for 24 hours.
  4. Refrigerate or freeze the jam.
