Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
  2. Can be frozen for later use.
  3. Serve on London broil, chuck steak or venison.
