Ingredients

  • cucumbers, washed and sliced
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Place washed and sliced cucumbers in jars or containers.
  2. Bring sugar, water, salt, and vinegar to a boil.
  3. Allow the syrup to cool.
  4. Pour the cooled syrup over the cucumbers and freeze.
