Instructions
- Combine tea bags, mint leaves, and 1 quart of water in a large saucepan.
- Cover and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
- Let steep for 30 minutes.
- Add lemon juice, orange juice concentrate, sugar, and additional water to make 2 quarts of liquid.
- Strain and chill.
- Serve over ice.
