Instructions
- Mash potatoes with mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, parsley, chives, salt, pepper and sufficient flour to make firm dough. Roll into balls. Dip in egg mixture, then roll in bread crumbs. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Deep fry in oil until brown.
